A first event of its kind, Latinas in Power is doing a deep dive into the power
of philanthropy and what it means for Latinas across Nevada. Previous research
indicates that the Hispanic community is not “asked” for donations, whether it's
time, talent, or treasure, as frequently as others. Yet, in our case, Latinas are one of
the fastest-growing demographic, with influence and key decision-making power.
We will have a frank and open discussion on the state of philanthropy today as well
as what philanthropic and nonprofit sectors need to consider when it comes to
aligning with the interests of Latinas in Nevada and hear directly from leading
corporate organizations with effective strategies and success cases.
$50.00 per person
Dinner will be served and includes a delicious three-course dinner and non-alcoholic beverages. Pricing is inclusive of all taxes and gratuity. All sales are final and non-refundable.
