“Community and Empowerment, that is LIP. Bringing forth meaningful and personal and professional connections. Relationships are organic and opportunities valuable and genuine. A network of Latinas, truly vested in building each other up and celebrating life’s moments together. It’s unlike any other group I’ve come across. Latinas in Power are my go-to!“
Norma Intriago Executive Director Dress for Success Southern NV LIP has created a unique opportunity to bring together Latina professionals into a safe and carefully curated environment, where we can get career advice, self care support and build long lasting friendships. This group has also allowed for women to connect and grow their own business. There is no other group that does what LIP does.

“Latinas in Power is more than an organization for women, it's a force. It's a group whose collaborative talents have helped my Notary business on more than one occasion. I have reached out to the group for help with social media marketing, website design, and signing witnesses; each time getting the assistance I requested and making friends in the process. I am so proud of this group of women and what it represents.
Carmen Trevino Owner, Reliable Mobile Notary "Latinas in Power is such a valuable platform for professional Latinas in Las Vegas. Its members practice in diverse fields and are always ready to help each other succeed."
